@rel: Whaaaat? You had an eighties MR2 Turbo? TURBO? I thought those things are generally all supercharged? Oh well. That sucks so much that the mechanic wanted $12k USD to repair it, eighties MR2's go for sale for only a few grand here, even in good nick. I dunno what the used jap import market is like in America, but if you got quoted figures like that in Australia, you'd definitely be getting ripped off :(.
Ahh, such sexy eighties-style jap cars :). MR2 always looked like rocket ships.
I want a Mazda RX7 one day, one of the older FC body ones :D.
Take the piss all you want man. The only way you know you've truly gotten past things is when you can look back on them and laugh your arse off :).
Sitting here at work at the moment, not many jobs come through, and no work to do for another couple of hours.
Life is grand.
And now it works... For some reason the phone likes to just reject bluetooth connections from my laptop. Buggered if I know why.
We'll see how long it lasts before I have to de-brand the thing, I don't want to fuck around too much with a work phone.
Current annoyance:
Manual connection settings for connecting my Windows laptop to the internet via the Nokia N95 and Hutchinson Three Australia work fine. Bluetooth in general works fine.
Same dealio with my new work mobile, Telstra Next-G Nokia 6120 fail. Bluetooth fails to work properly all together.
Preparing to jail-break the work phone right now and load a clean, up-to-date Nokia firmware with high hopes of the damn thing working properly.
If this doesn't work, then the company I work for will have to get the 200mb data plan on a seperate SIM and give me a Telstra Next-G USB modem. I don't want a damn USB modem >_>.
@ThorRune
You call THAT a crash? Pathetic effort! Come back and brag when the car is written off!
In all seriousness, glad you came out unscathed. The sound of a car getting broken like that is sickening, isn't it?
@Melkur, you write that footer like a warning on overclocking your PC or bolting some after-market performance item on your motorvehicle. Don't try and ruin everyones fun, the mind is so dark and horrific! It's fun!
It's not a phone, ffs :P.

Would just like to welcome Raichase's new blog to the planet. Steller job, Rai, it was a good read. Looking forward to seeing more articles from you!
Also, I bought the n810, it is quality awesome. You all need one. And a phone with decent data allowance. It really is freaking awesome.
That is all.

Why is it that whenever I run into money, life conspires to take it all back off me?
That is all.
Well, really, I was a fool. It was bound to happen. And ironicly, on the road leading to the good nice safe (well, big guard rails instead of trees) road to drift on. I was sitting behind a very slow driver, and then when I got past him, was feeling frustrated and stepped on it. Frustration and inattention caused the accident. It's stupid, really.
Very very stupid.
